Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30 day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@afrokouture.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom or special order items, personalized products, personal care items, and any items marked as final sale. Gift cards are also non returnable. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
